Hi, I’m Mr Knitter, I am a Baron and a Reverend and live in the North of the UK with my Husband and two dogs, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier Harper-Lee, and an English Springer Spaniel Mazikeen. I have far too many hobbies, including photography, reading, writing, gardening and of course, knitting. I learned to knit when I was a kid, but it was a short-lived thing due to lack of funds for… Read More
We are mid way through May 2017 and I have just finished making my 4th pair of socks. I decided to use a variety of yarns from DK to 3 ply. I had used double knit for the first pair of socks, and since my Mum had given me a huge stash of yarn she would not be using I decided to use Sirdar Snuggly Baby Bamboo, and the pattern I used… Read More
We all wear them, and I had seen people on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram showing off their hand-knitted ones. Loving a challenge I decided to pick up my needles and give it a go. My first pair I made for my hubby, however, he put them in a hot wash and they are good for either a child or someone with really small feet. The pattern I decided to use was Colonel… Read More
4/5 years ago I watched a storm of gay guys and girls on social media big up Hilary and literally demand that she be the next president of the USA. What makes these people love on day then hate the next, and call… Read More

From left: James, Viscount Severn; Lady Louise Windsor; Mia Tindall (holding the Queen’s handbag); Princess Charlotte; Savannah Phillips; Prince George and Isla Phillips I hope that when I am 90 I am… Read More
Today we say a sad goodbye to Prince. Taken from us at the age of 57. Again, another genius taken from us whilst in the prime of their lives. I was very lucky to have seen Prince many years ago in concert. He was brilliant, late on stage, but all the same, he gave a great performance.
I have, on many occasions thought about getting a dash cam. Safety the main reason if I’m honest, but I also love my gadgets, especially in the car. Hell, my car has Facebook, Twitter and a whole host of apps as it has wifi. My partner likes to do time lapse videos, alas this Dashcam like near all others does 3-minute video sections so I think a full on 3-hour job sped… Read More
